Products, Services and Resources that we LOVE
I know first-hand how hard it can be to find reliable tools for your business. Here is a selection of my absolute favorite resources, products and services for you to check out. I’ll be updating this as time goes, so be sure to check it out regularly!
I’m a QuickBooks Online girl. Since my first time using it, I was hooked. And I’ve had several years of happiness running QuickBooks Desktop, so that tells you something. It’s a cloud-based double-entry accounting software. This means that you can access it via a browser anywhere you have an internet connection. Hello work by the pool, at the beach, or more realistically… in the field, while waiting for your kids to get out of school/practice/dance class, and *almost* anywhere else you can think of. It also has a great feature called bank feeds, where it automatically pulls your bank transactions into the program. Goodbye manual entry! I don’t have a referral link for it, but hit the logo below and you can check out the different options to determine which is right for you. I can help you get up-and-running and even transfer over your Desktop Business. As a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, I know the program inside and out.
Gusto is my favorite payroll program. I use it for my own business and my clients. Your employees have access to an employee portal as well as direct deposit. You can also pay contractors through Gusto. With any monthly bookkeeping package, I offer discounts for your payroll needs. Click the link for more information and ask me how to get $100 off your payroll services!
One of my favorite apps to sync with QuickBooks Online or Xero is Hubdoc. It automatically fetches documents when you link them to your account or has an app for your phone to take pictures of receipts, invoices or other transactions. I love that it makes it so simple to match these transactions to your QuickBooks Online bank feeds and you also have the image of the transaction right at your fingertips. I cannot say enough good things about Bill.com. If you pay ONE late fee per month, this application pays for itself. I know how busy life can be. Paying bills used to be a hassle, but with Bill.com, your bills can be paid in the click of a button. This is one of my favorite QBO integrations to use with my clients (and my own business!). It provides an approval process, which allows your bookkeeper (that’s me) to enter bills and the boss (that’s you), can then approve. I can then process the bill to be paid via check or ACH transfer and ensure that its paid on time. The best part, it syncs with QuickBooks Online beautifully, allowing me to reconcile your accounts payable to ensure everything is paid. Click the logo below to learn more about it. With any monthly bookkeeping package, I offer discounts for your accounts payable needs.
Another app that I like to sync with QuickBooks Online is Square. It is actually an Intuit product just like QuickBooks. You can use anything from a mag strip that connects to your phone to a fully-integrated point of sale system. It tracks inventory for you, and you know how much of a headache inventory can be. You can get free processing on $1000 in sales if you click the logo below!
A product that has been essential to my cloud-based business model is Dubsado. This is a program that helps you create custom forms to send to clients such as questionnaires, proposals and contracts. No more paper client forms and contracts. It’s seriously life changing! Click the image below to save 20% off your next purchase or use my referral code: pattenbookkeeping
I have to share with you the Sparkle Hustle Grow subscription box. It’s a monthly subscription box for female entrepreneurs and has been so beneficial to me and my business. If you click the image below, you can earn $5 off your first box!
Everyone knows I’m ALL about the paperless life. This is my absolute favorite scanner! I have used it on a regular basis for three years now and I can’t say enough good things about it. So if you plan on doing a lot of scanning, this is your scanner.
This next one is a portable version the Fujitsu Scanner that I love.
And lastly, is a budget-friendly Brother Scanner which I’ve heard good things about!
Some of the links may be affiliate links, which means I may get a commission off of your purchase. If this happens, it’s at no additional cost to you. I just wanted to share with you everything that I love.
